This morning me and my cuties went to Rooster for breakfast then headed to City Garden to splash and play, then a stop at the Science Center before nap time!  Tomorrow we leave for a 5 day getaway to Innsbrook with Gammie and Pop-Pop!  Can't wait!

Ryan and Peyton came over for a playdate...

They had a great day!  Basement play, arts & crafts, wrote and produced a movie, then pool time!

Piper was stoked for all the fun when she woke up from her nap!

Piper was inspired by the big kids' giant jumps....

She's working her way up to solo jumps into the big pool... Right now you have to have a VERY CLOSE eye on her...she hurls herself into the big pool if you are anywhere near...!

Home Sweet Home...

Even though we had an incredible mini-vacation, I said to Adam the night we were back sitting out by the pool, it's really nice to love where you come home to, and we do!

Our last two days have been filled with good old fashion fun!


Although I have no photos of the process or the final product, Annabelle and I made some homemade pizza dough for Friday Night Pizza Night!  I'm proud to say it was sooooo delicious...everyone cleared their plate....the bonus of cooking with this little lady these days...she does the dishes!  Score!

We've made our fair share of pizza dough attempts and it's always "ehhh".  This one was a winner! We used Whole Wheat Pastry Flour to health it up a little....Here's the recipe if you want to try: CLICK HERE

Later that night Annabelle opened her hair salon....

Annabelle and I decorated some Monogram letters we cut out of cardboard....You can no longer tell whose is whose........!  Her 6 yr old skills have caught my 35 yr old ones...ha!

A mini-vaca!

Our little family headed to Table Rock Lake for a short getaway over the All-Star Break!  We stayed at Stonewater Cove and it was glorious!  Adam and I can both get used to being catered to 24/7!  Everything was just perfect and easy and beautiful!

The girls had an early dinner and they brought our lovely meal to our cabin after our cuties fell asleep.  Lots of delicious food, and drinks on our deck each night....Sooooo relaxing...
