Love and Popcorn!

It's been a rainy, rainy, rainy, rainy, rainy rainy week..... did I mention it's rained.....

We had a popcorn movie party in the basement and within seconds, Annabelle grabbed these last remaining bites and spelled out something sweet!  

Today (Wed) after nap we headed to the Science Center...These two sisters had a great time!

Our Fourth of July Free Bird!

Annabelle had a sleepover at Layla's, and, in an attempt to be an engaging, good mom, I threw together a little sensory play while I cooked dinner.  Piper was thrilled with her new activity...until I looked a little closer and saw about 100 tiny bugs crawling around...ICK!  Apparently something was brewing in the bag of brown rice....she was so confused why I was bagging, and boiling and vacuuming away... "Awesome mom...thanks for the fun...!"
